What You Can Expect:
The Revenue Cycle Business Applications Analyst Senior plays a strategic role in optimizing and supporting enterprise applications that drive revenue cycle performance. This individual leads complex projects, mentors junior analysts, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure systems align with business goals and regulatory requirements. The role requires deep expertise in revenue cycle operations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence process improvements through technology.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue cycle applications and workflows.
- Serve as a first point of contact for revenue cycle systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for system enhancements that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage large-scale projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical and operational support.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting tools and dashboards for revenue cycle metrics.
- Collaborates with both IHT and operational stakeholders to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which solutions are determined.
- Ensure system compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with vendors and IT teams to resolve escalated issues and coordinate strategic initiatives.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers highest complexity issues to most senior staff.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience
