Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Department

The Emergency Department is where compassion, expertise, and teamwork come together when patients need us most. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our high-performing Emergency Department team while supporting exceptional patient care, staff development, and operational excellence.
As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you'll partner with the Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced emergency nurse who is passionate about mentoring others, driving quality outcomes, and creating an engaged, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Experience: 3 years nursing experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred
- Previous charge nurse, team lead, or supervisory experience.
- Leadership experience in an acute care Emergency Department.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN).
