We support work–life balance with flexible scheduling options, including 3 x 12-hour shifts, 4 x 10-hour shifts, or 5 x 8-hour shifts, based on clinic needs and role alignment.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates.
What You Can Expect
As a CMA or LPN at St. Luke’s, you will play a key role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple specialties. In this role, you will:
Provide direct clinical support and patient education in collaboration with providers and care teams
Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and assist with exams and procedures
Support clinic flow, care coordination, and accurate documentation
Perform clinical tasks within scope of practice, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collection
Utilize laboratory skills as needed to support clinic operations
Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented clinic environment focused on quality and safety
Clinic Opportunities
Family Practice – Full-Time
Support care for patients across the lifespan
Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
Assist with preventive care, acute visits, rooming patients, vitals, exams, and procedures
Dermatology – Full-Time
Provide clinical support for comprehensive dermatologic care
Primarily based in Ketchum, with occasional shifts in Hailey
Assist with patient intake, dermatologic procedures, specimen handling, and patient education
Sports Medicine – Part-Time
Support a fast-paced Sports Medicine clinic in Sun Valley/Ketchum
Typical schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Assist with rooming patients, vitals, clinic flow, and musculoskeletal-focused care
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Current national CMA certification required
(AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent)Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
OR
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license (or compact eligibility)
Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications (Both Roles):
Previous ambulatory or clinic experience
Laboratory experience preferred, including specimen collection and basic lab workflows
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
