Join our dynamic team at Park Place Internal Medicine, located in the heart of downtown Boise—a hub of culture, innovation, and outdoor recreation. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment. Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are an essential part of our care team at Park Place Internal Medicine. They work closely with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure every patient receives safe, efficient, and compassionate care. Our CMAs and LPNs are trusted partners in delivering high-quality service and creating a welcoming environment for a diverse patient population.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS ROLE:
Schedule: Schedules will match clinic hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring full coverage during these times. CMAs and LPNs will be scheduled alongside their assigned providers whenever possible to maintain continuity of care.

  • Part time
    • Monday-Friday
    • 9-hour shifts, 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for provider visits and assist with clinical procedures.
  • Perform vital signs, administer medications, and support diagnostic testing.
  • Coordinate patient flow and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for patients, answering questions, and providing education.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and administrative staff to keep the clinic running smoothly.


CMA Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA


LPN Qualifications

Education

  • Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program

Certifications

  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
