Join the Orthopedic Surgical Center team at St. Luke’s Health System as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and be part of a high‑performing, patient‑centered outpatient surgery program. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, specialized orthopedic setting, gain hands‑on experience, and expand your clinical skill set through cross‑training and advanced procedural support.
You’ll play a key role in supporting patients before and after surgical procedures while collaborating closely with a skilled orthopedic care team in a modern, well‑equipped facility. New CNA Grads are encouraged to apply!
Schedule
4 x 10‑hour shifts (varied weekdays)
No weekends
Typical start time between 8:00–9:00 AM, with flexibility for earlier starts as needed
What You’ll Do
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and patient histories
- Support pre‑admission testing workflows
- Assist with patient flow, including transporting patients, moving beds, and supporting wheelchair needs
- Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked clinical areas
- Cross‑train in pre‑admission testing and lab support
- Receive training in phlebotomy and EKG procedures
- Collaborate with a high‑performing orthopedic surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter required
- Current CPR/BLS
