Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you'll play an essential role in supporting patients throughout their outpatient procedure experience. In this fast-paced environment, you'll help maintain efficient patient flow, provide direct clinical support, and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and patient-centered care experience.
This high-volume procedural setting cares for approximately 20 patients each day and offers the opportunity to build a diverse clinical skill set while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding patient care.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- Four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:00 a.m.
- No weekends or holidays
What You Can Expect
As a CNA, you will provide both clinical and operational support to ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their visit. Responsibilities include:
- Performing patient intake, including pregnancy testing, laboratory specimen collection, EKGs, and documentation of essential patient information
- Preparing and supporting patients before, during, and after procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Assisting with airway management and performing bladder scans as directed within scope of practice
- Cleaning and preparing patient rooms between cases, ensuring proper sanitization and readiness for the next patient
- Maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience
- Experience using Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
Education & Experience
Required
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
