Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Educator II to support our ambulatory medical specialty clinics and clinical research service lines. This part-time role is essential in sustaining high-quality clinical education, onboarding, and professional development across our outpatient settings.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring continuity of education and competency support while maintaining our approved staffing benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate clinical education programs for ambulatory specialty clinics and research teams
  • Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency validation
  • Develop and facilitate preceptor training, including Preceptor Foundations
  • Coordinate and teach life support and certification courses, including:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
    • STABLE Program
  • Partner with clinical leaders to support evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement efforts
  • Provide education and mentorship for students and staff, fostering professional growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for clinical education
  • Support both credentialed and non-credentialed training programs

Qualifications:

  •  Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  •  Experience: 4 years related experience
  •  Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

 

Location: Boise or Twin Falls
