Position Summary

The Clinical Educator for Case Management and Social Work is responsible for supporting the professional development, onboarding, and ongoing competency of Case Managers and Social Workers across the health system. This role partners with operational and clinical leaders to design, implement, and evaluate education programs that promote evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient-centered care.

The Clinical Educator will lead orientation, continuing education, and competency development initiatives for care coordination staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within a mission-driven, non-profit healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work.
  • Experience: 6 year's experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) in state of practice.

or

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing
  • Experience: 4 year's experience
  • License/Certifications: Licensed RN in the stare of practice. 


48 hours per payperiod
