What You Can Expect:

• Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours/week Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM-half day off per week or full day off every other week!!!
• Manageable Caseloads: Daily visit requirements are below the state and national average
• Compensation: Paid hourly which includes drive time and mileage reimbursement for travel
• Additional Pay: On-call pay and applicable differential pay

Qualifications: 

• Education: Masters degree
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Masters Social Worker in Idaho
• Preferred experience:1+ year of hospice experience plus Case Management
