Description & Requirements


We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team, primarily supporting home health patients with the opportunity to cross-train into hospice care. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy, variety, and purpose while serving patients across scenic rural areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide in-home nursing care to patients across Cascade, Smiths Ferry, Riggins, and surrounding areas
  • Support care plans focused on recovery, chronic condition management, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Crosstrain in hospice to support patients and families through end-of-life care

 

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license (or new graduate eligible for licensure)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the service area
