Schedule
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Variable days, including weekends and holidays
- Shift hours: 7:45 a.m. – 8:15 p.m.
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will:
- Work in a high-volume quick care environment supporting same-day patient needs
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, document information, and support care coordination
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and in-clinic treatments
- Perform lab draws and basic clinical testing
- Support occupational health screenings and services
- Cross-train in occupational health workflows
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure efficient clinic flow and patient care
Qualifications
CMA
- National certification required (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, AMT, or NHA equivalent)
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required
- Medical Assistant program completion required
- Ambulatory or high-volume clinic experience preferred
LPN
- Current Idaho LPN license required
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required
- Ambulatory or urgent care experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- Urgent care, quick care, or other high-volume outpatient setting
- Experience with lab draws and occupational health services
