Are you passionate about supporting new parents and giving infants the healthiest possible start? Join our compassionate Women's & Children's team as a Lactation Consultant at our non-profit hospital in beautiful Twin Falls, Idaho. In this rewarding role, you'll empower families through education, evidence-based lactation support, and collaborative care while making a lasting impact on the health and well-being of mothers and babies.

What You'll Do
As a Lactation Consultant, you will:
- Provide comprehensive breastfeeding assessments, education, and hands-on support to expectant and postpartum families.
- Develop individualized feeding plans that promote successful breastfeeding and infant nutrition.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 2 year’s clinical experience
- Licenses/Certifications: International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBLCE)
- Current RN License from the State of Practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred:
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, NICU, Pediatrics, or Women's Services.
- Experience supporting Baby-Friendly Hospital initiatives.
Schedule: Day's, Evenings and some weekends
