Description & Requirements

We are seeking a high‑performing, motivated Physician Assistant to join a busy neurosurgical practice supporting a dual‑trained neurosurgeon specializing in complex intracranial procedures. This is a hands‑on, surgically intensive role designed for someone who thrives in the OR, learns quickly, and is eager to study and grow into advanced neurosurgical responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is self‑driven, adaptable, and excited by the challenge of mastering highly specialized surgical skills.


What to Expect: 

  • Provide support in the OR for complex intracranial neurosurgical procedures
  • Participate in perioperative and postoperative patient management
  • Conduct clinic evaluations, follow‑ups, and patient education
  • Collaborate closely with the attending neurosurgeon and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain high‑quality documentation and contribute to care coordination
  • Commit to ongoing learning, including independent study to accelerate proficiency in neurosurgical techniques
