We’re excited to invite an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nampa Family Birth Center—where advanced care meets a deeply supportive team.

Our state-of-the-art center includes:

  • 14 LDRP suites, including 7 paired with NICU
  • 8 private NICU suites
  • 2 operating rooms and 4 triage rooms
  • A growing volume of 130+ deliveries per month


Together, our dedicated nurses, staff, and providers create a safe, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional, compassionate care for every family we serve.

 
What You can expect from this role:

  • Full Time or Part Time night shift available (7:00p-7:30a) with shift differential pay
  • Sign-on/relocation bonus for eligible new hires
  • Opportunity to work in a unique LDRP unit to include L&D and/or Postpartum
  • Professional development opportunities:
    • Charge Nurse with 7.5% incentive pay
    • Triage, Circulating and Resource training

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience required; currently seeking L&D experience; opportunities to work in Charge/Resource roles
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross)
