St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to join the Connect Outpatient Scheduling team.

Summary:

The successful candidate will be a working supervisor responsible for the management of day-to-day operations and coordination of the department according to assigned scope. If you are action-oriented with a drive for process and can work independently leading a strong outpatient imaging scheduling team within Connect, this role is for you.

Requirements:

  • Ensures department workflows and staff development programs are implemented.
  • Provides day-to-day oversight to a team of Patient Access professionals.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, counseling, and continuing education to staff.
  • Selects, develops, coaches, mentors, and assesses performance of staff.
  • Ensures compliance of policies/practices for department and provides support for adherence.
  • Performs difficult and complex duties requiring advanced techniques, extensive and diversified knowledge within specialized areas.
  • Makes decisions independently and authorizes actions as needed.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
  • Assists in hiring, training, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions required with staff.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's + 3 years of experience OR
  • HS Diploma/GED + 5 years of experience
