Pharmacy Technician – CPD Pharmafit Clinic

St. Luke’s is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the CPD PharmaFit Clinic. This ambulatory, pharmacy‑led care setting supports chronic disease management through collaborative, patient‑focused services.
In this role, technicians support pharmacists and care teams by triaging patient and provider inquiries, coordinating appointments, assisting with home delivery pharmacy operations, and conducting technician‑led visits under established protocols. The position offers opportunities to contribute to evolving workflows within St. Luke’s ambulatory pharmacy services.

- Certification pay for PTCB Adv. Certification; and preceptor pay

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and triage patient and provider inquiries, escalating as appropriate.
- Support clinic and pharmacy staff through Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms.
- Assist with appointment coordination, including rescheduling as needed.
- Support home delivery pharmacy operations by confirming patient and medication details for dispensing.
- Conduct technician-led patient visits under established protocols, documenting interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support efficient and coordinated patient care.
- Participate in the ongoing development and refinement of the PharmaFit technician role and workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License
- Two (2) + years' experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a clinic or patient access setting
