Our Infusion Pharmacies include the CSC, Mobile Care Unit, Boise, Meridian and Nampa Hospitals.

Our Infusion Pharmacy Technicians:

  • Prepare and compound sterile infusion medicationsin accordance withUSP <797> and <800>, ensuring accuracy, aseptic technique, and safe handling of hazardous drugs.
  • Maintain cleanroom operations and quality documentation, including cleaning procedures, equipment checks, environmental monitoring support, and inventory control.
  • Support pharmacy workflow and patient care by collaborating with pharmacists and clinical staff on medication preparation, labeling, packaging, andtimelydelivery.

What You Can Expect from this position:  

  • LOCATION:Nampa Medical Center – 9850 W St. Luke’s Dr. Nampa 
  • SCHEDULE:Part- time position/ approx. 20 hours per week 
  • Receive shift differential pay; certification pay for PTCB Adv. Certification; preceptor pay 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license in the state of Idaho
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an infusion center, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
  • USP <797>/<800> training or certification
  • Familiarity with IV room workflows, cleanroom garbing, and aseptic technique
  • Experience handling hazardous drugs
