Description & Requirements

St. Luke’s Health System Idaho’s largest private employer and a nationally recognized Top 15 Health System is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Med-Peds Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho.
This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative model designed to improve how patients access care, experience care, and stay connected to their health journey.

As part of St. Luke’s Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you will play a key role in advancing the future of healthcare delivery. This system-wide model integrates clinical excellence, technology, and teamwork to simplify care for patients while empowering providers to practice at the top of their license.

What you can expect

In an era when many physicians are rethinking where and how they want to practice, St. Luke’s Clinic has taken a deliberate approach: building a place where you can do your best work, feel supported, and grow your career. That focus has quietly positioned St. Luke’s as one of the most attractive practice locations in the region.

More than sixty specialties converge here, including Idaho’s only Children’s Hospital and Hospital at Home program. Physicians benefit from modern operating suites, advanced technology, and integrated support through technology – enabling them to spend more time on meaningful patient care and less on administrative burdens.

But inside St. Luke’s, the standout feature isn’t equipment or facilities—it’s the culture. Nationally recognized by the American Medical Association's Joy in Medicine program for reducing burnout and boosting clinician well-being, St. Luke’s leads in team collaboration, professional growth, and shared decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for pediatric patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.
• Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.
• Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.
• Enjoy a flexible, physician-centered schedule that supports work-life balance.

• Competitive salary + quality incentives
• Generous sign-on & relocation package
• Comprehensive benefits & malpractice coverage (with tail)
