We are currently hiring for a Full -Time RN at Children's Specialty Clinics!
St. Luke’s Children’s is dedicated to caring for children of all ages in an environment designed just for them. Children are not simply small adults—their care requires specialized knowledge and an approach tailored to their unique needs. The Idaho Children’s Pavilion was designed to support these needs by bringing pediatric specialty services together in one location to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
As a Float RN, you will play an essential role in supporting multiple pediatric specialty clinics, helping ensure smooth clinic operations while delivering compassionate care and education to patients and families. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a broad pediatric skillset while working in a dynamic and collaborative outpatient setting.
What You Can Expect:
- Provide RN support across multiple pediatric specialty clinics within the Children’s Pavilion based on daily staffing needs (vacancies, call-outs, PTO coverage)
- Work closely with providers and care teams to support clinic flow, patient care, and coordination
- Perform patient triage, rooming, and assist with patient and family education
- Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of pediatric subspecialties in an outpatient setting
- Practice in a centrally located facility across from St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, connected via skybridge
- Schedule: 4–5 days per week, primarily weekday clinic hours

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree
- Experience: 1 years' experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
