Description & Requirements

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Registered Nurses are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are currently hiring for a Full -Time (0.9 FTE) Registered Nurse at the Idaho Pulmonary Associates Clinic located in Boise. 


What You Can Expect:


  • Play a key role in the development and growth of our Pulmonary Hypertension Program, supporting patients with complex care needs.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients requiring enhanced care coordination across Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine.

  • Conduct thorough chart reviews, proactively outreach to patients, and communicate closely with providers and interdisciplinary clinical team members.

  • Support ongoing medication management, including tracking prescription histories and monitoring patient needs over time.

  • Help ensure continuity of care by coordinating follow-ups, addressing patient questions, and escalating concerns to the care team as needed.


Schedule: Monday - Friday, Variable shifts between the hours of 7:30a - 5:30p.


This position will be based out of the Boise office location but may travel to other offices located in Meridian and Nampa.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1 years’ experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cardiovascular care, pulmonary hypertension management is ideal
  • Background in project management
  • 2+ years nursing experience
