Schedule

 

Part-time, variable shifts to support department staffing needs

Scheduled 5 days within a two-week pay period

 Must be flexible to work a mix of days, evenings, nights, and weekends

 

Shift start times may include:

4:30 AM – 2:00 PM

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

1:00 PM – 10:30 PM

9:30 PM – 7:00 AM


Compensation

$21.91/hour to $25.29 depending on experience

What You Can Expect

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute daily staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage across departments
  • Make real-time staffing decisions, including staff allocation, floating, and cancellations, in alignment with established guidelines and policies
  • Coordinate with off-duty staff and unit leaders to fill coverage gaps and maintain safe staffing levels
  • Accurately document all staffing adjustments in the electronic scheduling system
  • Communicate staffing needs and send outreach to employees regarding open shifts and incentive opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service, high-volume call center environments, and/or clerical or administrative support roles


Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: No prior experience required training provided

Licensure/Certifications: None required
