What You Can Expect:
- Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:45 PM, plus one rotating 4-hour weekday/weekend administrative shift
- Technology: Siemens 3T (Skyra) and Siemens 1.5T (Aera) MRI systems
- Oversee daily MRI operations, including general imaging, orthopedics, advanced neuro, research, implant/device scanning, and cardiac MRI
- Ensure adherence to imaging quality standards, safety protocols, and departmental policies
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Promote a positive team culture while supporting efficient, high-quality operations
- Provide leadership for the MRI department, including staffing and scheduling, onboarding and orientation, staff development, counseling, and continuing education
- Serve as the on-site supervisor during evening hours and/or when the manager is absent
Minimum Qualifications for this Role:
- Education: Bachelors' degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 3 years' relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Must have current registry in one medical imaging modality.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
