Join our Talent Acquisition Team as an On-boarding Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in shaping the new hire experience and supporting HR operations with a focus on excellence, accuracy, and employee engagement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering high-quality service.

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by responding to on-boarding-related questions and escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Deliver timely, high-quality customer service while educating new hires.

  • Partner with internal HR teams to coordinate and streamline on-boarding logistics, documentation, and communication.

  • Process employee on-boarding information accurately in HR systems and ensure appropriate electronic and written documentation is maintained.

  • Supports the enhancement of the on-boarding experience or improving operational workflows.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards by applying sound judgment and attention to detail.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold a positive, solutions-oriented mindset in all interactions.
