Are you ready to elevate your pharmacy career? We’re looking for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic and patient-centered Home Delivery Pharmacy team! This role supports end-to-end medication production and distribution- from pharmacy billing and insurance navigation to medication preparation, packaging and home delivery. What You’ll Do
- Support Central Fill & Home Delivery Operations: Prepare, package, and distribute prescription medications accurately in a high-volume central fill environment. Ensure safe, timely delivery to patients’ doorsteps while meeting all regulatory, safety and quality standards.
- Partner Across the Health System: Collaborate with health system retail partners to support seamless medication fulfillment, continuity of care and timely access to therapy for patients across the network.
- Ensure Patient-Focused Fulfillment: Promote adherence and access by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating fulfillment timelines and helping ensure patients receive the correct medication, at the right time, in the right way.
- Make an Operational Impact: Help close therapy gaps through efficient workflows, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and excellence in service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License
- Two (2) + years' experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Preferred qualifications
- Retail pharmacy experience
- Experience in a clinic or patient access setting
