Description & Requirements


Join our dynamic Cancer Institute team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supporting patients receiving outpatient chemotherapy. In this role, you will play a key part in patient flow and the overall patient experience by assisting with clinical processes and maintaining a safe, welcoming care environment.

What to expect: 

  • Room patients for infusion visits, including obtaining height, weight, vital signs, screening questionnaires, and medication reconciliation
  • Clean and prepare infusion chairs between patients
  • Maintain a well‑stocked, organized, and safe clinical environment
  • Cross‑train to support the lab and provide rooming support for Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  • Collaborate closely with a high‑energy, team‑focused outpatient oncology care team

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment
  • Team‑focused mindset with a commitment to patient‑centered care
