Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead and coordinate clinical operations for our expanding Outpatient Infusion Department within a non-profit Critical Access Hospital. This is a working supervisor position, meaning the supervisor will actively provide direct patient care and work side‑by‑side with the existing infusion nurse to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

In addition to clinical duties, the Nursing Supervisor will help support and optimize daily department operations, including managing referrals, enhancing workflow in our newly expanded infusion area, and ensuring efficient, accessible services. As this is a growing department, the role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand services and increase patient access to care.

The Nursing Supervisor serves as a clinical and operational leader, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance, and the strategic goals of the health system while maintaining the personalized care approach essential to a rural community.

Qualifications:

  •  Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Previous infusion care preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
