Position Summary
The Clinical Educator is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of education and competency programs across multiple service lines including Women’s Services, Surgical Services, Med/Surg, Emergency Department, and Long-Term Care. This role supports nursing professional development, promotes evidence-based practice, and ensures regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
The Clinical Educator will also serve as an instructor for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), ensuring staff maintain required certifications and clinical readiness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 4 years related experience
- Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Part time onsite at our Mountain Home location.
