We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Neuro/Ortho team. Position Summary

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation LPN, you will play an essential role in supporting the recovery process. Working closely with registered nurses and a multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver comprehensive care to patients recovering from medical conditions, surgeries, or injuries. Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, implementing care plans, administering treatments, and fostering a safe, supportive environment to promote optimal outcomes.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, 3x12-hour night shifts
  • Night shift differential
  • Weekend differential

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience required
  • Licensure/Certification: Current LPN license in the state of practice
