We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Pharmacy Clinical Educator to join our team and help advance clinical excellence across our pharmacy services.
Position Summary
The Pharmacy Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational and clinical training programs for pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy learners. This role supports continuous professional development, enhances clinical competencies, and advances evidence‑based practice across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. The Pharmacy Clinical Educator collaborates with clinical leadership, preceptors, academic partners, and interprofessional teams to ensure pharmacy staff are equipped to deliver exceptional, safe, and innovative care. Pharmacy Clinical Educator helps support Pharmacy Administration with various projects and communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors + years (2)
- Associates + 4 years (4)
- HS_Diploma + 6 years (6)
- GED + 6 years (6)
- Certified Pharmacy Tech with 3 years of experience strongly preferred
- Previous Education experience preferred
Or
- Education: Doctorate
- Experience: 2 years
- Credentials: Licensed Pharmacist
Work location can be Twin Falls or Boise
