We are seeking a Cost Report Analyst (internally classified as a Finance Analyst 2) to join our Healthcare Reimbursement team. The Cost Report Analyst performs specialized financial, accounting or planning activities following general project or departmental guidelines, procedures and precedents in support of various financial functions.

What you can expect:

  • Conduct federal and state reimbursement analysis, forecasting, and real-time financial monitoring including advanced data mining and regulatory impact modeling.
  • Provide executive-level insights including forward-looking, data-driven financial intelligence that identifies risk and influence strategy and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and analytic tools will be needed across the broader cost report landscape as regulations and financial stakes increase.

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Three (3) years’ relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting, cost reporting, financial data analysis, forecasting.
  • Experience creating and maintaining financial dashboards and analytic tools.
