What You Can Expect
As a LPN or CMA Float Pool team member at St. Luke’s, you will play a key role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple clinics in Ketchum and Hailey. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct clinical support and patient education in collaboration with providers and care teams
- Float between multiple clinic locations in the Wood River Valley based on operational needs
- Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and assist with exams and procedures
- Perform clinical tasks within scope of practice, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collection
- Utilize laboratory skills as needed to support clinic operations
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current national CMA certification required
(AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent) - Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
OR
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license (or compact eligibility)
- Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications (Both Roles)
- Previous ambulatory or clinic experience
- Laboratory experience preferred, including specimen collection and basic lab workflows
