Under close supervision, the Finance Analyst 1, performs a variety of assignments requiring the knowledge and ability to select and apply standard financial techniques, procedures and criteria.

What You Can Expect:

• Perform basic statistical, cost and financial analysis using various financial systems.
• Process financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of operational budgets, review and analyze departmental budget requests.
• Assist with monitoring of budget expenditures and prepare written reports and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide information to resolve problems concerning variance from approved budgets.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:

•   Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
