At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Care Coordinator RNs are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are currently hiring for Part - Time RN Care Coordinator for the Breast Care Services Team!
What You Can Expect:
Provide centralized nursing coordination for Breast Care Services when RN clinical judgment is needed.
Completes tasks such as chart review, handoff coordination, in-basket support, order clarification, scheduling-related nursing coordination, and escalation of complex clinical questions that require RN assessment.
Serve as a key point of contact for STAT and urgent triage needs, partnering with the Central Nursing Team, PAS, technologists, radiologists, and operational leaders to ensure patients are evaluated, prioritized, and medical needs are appropriately addressed.
Additional duties may include providing assistance with clinical cares as escalated for more advanced patient needs.
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, variable week day shifts between 0730-5p.
Location: Rotates between Breast Care Services locations across Boise, Meridian, Nampa
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors’ of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 2 years' of RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with breast imaging or other imaging care areas
- IV skills
