At St. Luke’s, our patients come from all walks of life—and so do we. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values the unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives of our team members. This commitment enables us to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care, especially during life’s most meaningful and sensitive moments. In Magic Valley, our CNAs have the unique opportunity to cross-train and support both Hospice and Home Health patients, providing a diverse experience and the chance to develop additional skills across the continuum of home-based care.
