We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Mountain Home Medical-Surgical team on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit rural hospital where teamwork is strong, patient relationships are meaningful, and every team member plays an important role in delivering high-quality care.
With lower patient ratios and a supportive care team consisting of two RNs, a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC), and a CNA, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care while expanding your clinical skills. This position also offers opportunities to cross-train and support Mother-Baby and Long-Term Care services, providing valuable experience across multiple patient populations.

Schedule:
- Part-Time Night Shift
- Two 12-hour shifts per week
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
What You Can Expect:
- Work in a supportive, team-oriented rural hospital setting
- Care for an average of eight patients on a small Medical-Surgical unit
- Lower patient ratios that allow for focused, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current CNA certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
