Join our Capital City Family Medicine team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you'll support individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and healthcare needs. We are seeking caring, empathetic professionals who are dedicated to delivering inclusive, high-quality care for every patient.

This is a temporary 12-month assignment with a 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week).

Schedule

Our clinic provides extended access to patients:

Four 9-hour shifts

Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Team members participate in a weekend rotation of approximately one weekend every eight weeks to support clinic operations.

What You Can Expect

Room patients for Family Medicine appointments, including obtaining height, weight, vital signs, screening questionnaires, and completing medication reconciliation.

Partner closely with the CMA/ LPN team to support our CCFM patients. 

Assist with clinic flow while adapting to changing patient care and operational priorities throughout the day.

Perform administrative and clerical responsibilities, including Environment of Care (EOC) tasks and afternoon operational support.

Collaborate with a high-energy, team-oriented outpatient team committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in an outpatient or hospital setting.

Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience.

Leadership experience such as precepting, mentoring, or training team members is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience required.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter required.

Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
